Sejh

Board Member

Hello, I’m Sejh (he/she/they)and I’m honored to be a part of the Nova Scotia Rainbow Action Project (NSRAP) as a member of the board of directors and an active contributor to the Law & Advocacy Committee.
Originally from India, I’m currently an international student pursuing studies in Government Management at Cape Breton University. As a BIPOC trans-bisexual person, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the challenges faced by marginalized communities, both locally and globally.
My journey in advocacy began with the founding of Navadhara, a nonprofit organization in India, where my heartfelt desire to make a positive difference led the way. Prior to joining NSRAP, I volunteered tirelessly to support my community, and I continue to keep my heart open to serving and helping all who seek support.
Rooted in my Indian Punjabi heritage, I bring cultural insights to NSRAP, fostering inclusivity and empathy. As a queer international student, I stand ready to offer support to others facing similar challenges. My dedication to furthering LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion within NSRAP is both heartfelt and humble.
