The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Nova Scotia Rainbow Action Project Society is held within 3 months of the ending of the fiscal year on March 31st. The AGM is open to all members of the community; however only members of NSRAP are permitted to vote. The meeting includes a report on the society’s activities over the previous 12 months, a financial report from the Treasurer, and the election of the Board of Directors for the coming year.

The 2015 AGM was held Sunday, May 24, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law (Room 304/305, 6061 University Avenue, Halifax). Following the AGM, there will be a community conversation on inclusion within LGBTQ communities in Nova Scotia.
